It's not the fact that we had owners not willing to spend. It's the fact that we had a manager who was being forced to take on the owners for us.
Of course the supporters turning on each other affects the squad. When families and friends are fighting over the situation and not talking to each other you don't think that negatively affects the atmosphere and moves onto the players?
Really? When we had our green and gold campaign, you think it effected the players? I really saw no difference in our play apart from a lot of multicolored scarves in the stadium. If the fans start booing, of course it effects but them having no unity over the owner issue is something which should not pass on to the players. If anything, the uncertainty which surrounded the club was what could have effected the on pitch performances, not a bunch of fans fighting among themselves.
