KM said in the noobs that he was in Wonderland, and that on twitter they said that pic didn't look like Colney.

Winter Wonderland is in hyde park central london, so thats quite a few miles from colney.

Who knows for sure i suppose but the signs are all adding up against Nani remaining here.

That article reckoned he was dropped from the squad for Sunday. Despite the fact he's obviously injured.

It's fair to say don't worry about it until you hear more.

Is he "Obviously injured" though? for somebody with a supposed bad hamstring having a several mile walk round winter wonderland sure sounds a bad idea

You reckon he was limping at the statue unveiling because Fergie, the man 'trying to get rid of him', told him to?

Think carefully.

This is interesting.

I searched the picture for EXIF data to see if that is where he was and got no luck in regards to geo-location.

The only clue we have is the crest on that kids shirt. I've checked London Colney local youth football teams, and neither use that crest that come up on google.

I reckon a bit of cyber sleuthing will prove this true or not very easily.

Wouldn't surprise me if Nani is sold and we go for Zaha as a replacement. Whether that is in Jan or the summer, who knows? Hope i am wrong, but i just think something has gone on between the 2.

Whenever that happens, there is only ever one winner, and the loser gets sold! :D

Thats exactly the sort of trick fergie likes to pull.

Nani probably wants out too - lets not forget only last summer he was supposed to be moments away from signing for Zenit, only for his wages to be deemed "excessive", and they signed hulk instead.

Zenit had no reason to come out with that, and there has been no denial at this side of the club.

Im afraid sometimes there is too much more than just a coincidence.

I do love Nani and i wish he did stay, but i just cant see it.

How is it a step down if Wenger has in cofidence in him which Fergie clearly hasn't? In fact, it would be a very wise career decision. I'd be sad to lose Nani but I just don't think Fergie appreciates Nani's talent as much as he should do.

You only need to ask the exodus of stars who have left Arsenal in recent years why it's a step down. They don't challenge for titles, they don't win trophies so how can it be seen as anything other than a step down?

Just because he hasn't played that much recently doesn't mean he won't be getting game time again in the future. After all he is out with injury isn't he?

The best players want to win trophies as well as play, they want to at the very least challenge. How can Arsenal not be seen as a step down when you consider all he's won here?

It looks like he is at a school rather than a football club.

The bus in the background, the concrete like "playground".

I would say perhaps Nani is checking out the local school for when his kids moves there...

Here's another photo of him which seems to have missed twitter rumor mongers

So he was in London but He was at Watford.

I very much doubt he'd move to Arsenal. First of all, he's always talked about wanting to try something different from England, especially if that involves a bit of sun. Secon of all, we wouldn't sell to Arsenal unless Nani demanded it like RvP did. And third of all, I doubt Arsenal matches Nani's ambitions.

I'd imagine every club in the word would be after him except Barca and Real.

That photo isn't going to help with the Michael Jackson jokes.

Fergie asked him to play an actor and limp for the world? That's right out of a B-grade sports flick.

Yeah, but what's in it for Nani? If he wants out why would he pretend to be injured? It would only mean the club could look for a higher fee than if he was being frozen out/in dispute with them.

With Cleverley limping out of the Cluj game wednesday, and looking the best he has all season against city, and his morgan freemanesque performance at saturdays press conference, i see no reason why not to believe anything anymore!.

Nice investigation work lads, glad to see its all a load of B.S

I don't think the two incidents are comparable. Fergie hid Cleverley and Valencia's fitness as part of his mind games. What can he possibly achieve by having Nani limping? Especially, if we are trying to offload him in January?

Watford's training stadium as Colney also btw. But think he was going there to have talks, he wouldn't stop to get his photographs clicked.

feck yea', you know it brah.

There's something about the photo that KM just put up that screams photoshop.

But the rumors abound and they're worth taking seriously. Losing Nani would be a blow, but if he had to go to another English prem club one I wouldn't mind in the least if it were Arsenal. They're far too woeful with or without Nani to seriously challenge us for the prem trophy, but with Nani they'd be strong enough to strip some points from the likes of Chelsea and City, which would be sweet justice.

One wondereth whether Walcott might be part of the deal.

Spotted in London:

Wouldnt put it passed Al Fayed signing Nani and Kevin Prince Boateng, the best footballing micheal jackson tribute band around

fecking hell, that injury has really affected him, he looks so old and bald.

Or Chelsea, City, and Bayern. Hes great when in form but not quite at the very top level, that makes him a want at every club.

He's better than Nasri. Agree about Chelsea and Bayern though.

You guys would love to have him. Given you actually use Moses.

Ramires - Mikel
Mata
Nani - Torres - Hazard

Then Oscar will have to sit on the bench a little while longer.

Robben is injured most seasons why Bayern would love to have him as well.

City use Nasri. Enough said.

I think the fact that Zenit confirmed we were willing to let Nani go doesn't mean we just want rid of him. Considering how much they were willing to spend on Witsel and Hulk, leads me to believe that we were offered an obscene amount of money that was too good to turn down and had the offer not been as good as it was, we would've turned them down. On the bright side of that, Nani demanding an absurd wage to move to Zenit probably means he doesn't really want to leave United.

Still I don't see why we don't pay a guy who on form is one of the best wide players in the league, escpecially considering who we are looking at as replacements. You can quote me on this, Zaha or Ince on form, will never be as good as Nani on form.

In as much as Walcott wants out, to Liverpool, doesnt he? So getting Nani would make sense as his replacement.

Anyway, I dont believe this. Wenger will find a cheaper, younger model than Nani if he wants to sign a winger.

Gotta agree with you. Wenger is a miserly fukk. If he's not willing to pay a living wage to RvP, why would he even think about giving one to Nani? But from a pure footballing perspective, Nani would be a sweet addition to the squad.

With Nani, Wenger might actually be able to realize his dream of securing fourth place in the final table.

Correct, but City wouldn't want him, they would be going for the very top level whilst they have this money. Nasri was bought to bleed Arsenal dry after he had one good season.

So the most succesful news website in the world is willing to run an article based on some random twat on twitter making something up.

God help us all.
