We're on the same page mate. That article, such as it was, was designed to get the message out that we're sticking with Van Gaal. Mitten is a tool, in more ways than one, but this rubbish about match going supporters seeing themselves as a cut above those that don't has pissed a lot of people off. Many locals want to go but can't afford it. Mitten doesn't seem to worry about them as long as he's got his cozy little gig where he can pass himself off as the voice of the Stretford End, or whatever.
Van Gaal is on record as saying Giggs is in pole position for the job and I don't see any reason why that would change, absent a run of results that sends us plummeting down the table. Even then, he'd still have his backers on the board.
