If your rule is clearer and easier to understand, we will use it for future drafts. If not, we will stick to the current one. Hence the canvassing for opinions on which is easier to understand
 
Option a is fine, it's just the "by all 8 teams" that throws me. Maybe change it to: your pick is valid only after you have updated and posted the overall teamsheets.

It is a good rule, too many times people don't notice it is their turn and the update helps avoid that.

Well of course it doesnt have to but I personally think it is poor fantasy draft etiquette to start a new one while is another is ongoing!

Anyway PM one of the more helpful mods to get it moved or start a thread in the Admin Forum as they obviously dont read every post
