Man Utd v Aston Villa (EPL)

Other scores if anyone cares or doesn't know already:

HT Bolton W. 0 - 0 Manchester C.

HT Charlton Athletic 1 - 1 Middlesbrough

HT Chelsea 1 - 0 Wigan Athletic

HT Sheffield U. 1 - 0 Portsmouth

HT West Ham U. 1 - 1 Fulham

amazing match so far for us, park has been nothing short of brilliant, carrick passing like a pro, ronaldo making villa look like kids

larsson and rooney to score in second half

I thought Park showed some good touches last week as well. Definitely didn't deserve that amount of flack he got. And he's just come back from a long lay off.

Im not watching the game but what you think people, much chance of a Larsson goal in the second half?

Ive heard that Rooney is having another shit game?
Shit would be a bit much, his workrate is not in question, he's putting himself about, touch off a good bit though, did make good chance for himself althought he shot went wide.

Well said. Sometimes the support for our players on here is terrible.

At 1-0, anything's still possible at Stamford Bridge.

I didnt think he was good at all last week, I thought his touch was off a good bit. What a difference a week makes, eh?

They handed us the 1st and 3rd goals on a plate, no pressure in midfield, offering feck all up front.

You disagree?

I don't disagree, but I guess you shouldn't minimize our performance. They wouldn't have handed the 1st and 3rd goals if United's pressure hadn't been there.

fecking hell i've managed to get a brilliant stream of the game

I thought he made some decent runs. But it's unfair to expect players to get back to a decent standard straight away after a long lay off.

I like dog food. I like Park.

Fergie should put in Silvestre - just to make the game more interesting.... :)

Its hardly minimizing the performance, just calling it as I see it. Villa have contributed to their downfall dramitically. Obviously it takes a good team to take advantage of those mistakes though.

Cahill was under no pressure to clear the first goal by the way. We're playing very well, fourth gear though.

Star Sports is working really well. Got something better?
No it's starsports.

I'm just amazed that I've actually got one of the bastards working.

C'mon guys we need another 3 goals

It was working fine for the punditry.

For the commentary it seems to go at half speed though.

playing in the world cup hurt rooney ???? or was it the three match ban ???
