shouldnt have been a penalty, didnt hinder the chance, ruud lifted the ball up to his arm, if it hadnt hit his arm it still wouldnt have been brought past the player, so it didnt hinder anything at all.
we would have been absolutely pissed off if we had got a decision like that against us.
