Having seen his 55 minutes twice more now, excellent was probably a bad choice of word.
I was watching the one where Bardsley had shit ball from O'Shea mostly and was lacking a little in his positioning but made gome good strong challenges and interceptions. He will improve in this. He wants to play the right way at least. Perhaps I give him an easy ride because of his attitude and youth, who knows?
Who would you play in his stead? Simpson?
