Not a great performance by the sound of things. Troubling that the defence seems sloppy with many of the players lacking match practice. Important we keep it to 1-0 at HT - still plenty of time to turn it arond in the second half.
agreed. if we can try keep it to one and go for the away goal. We should manage that as long as we concentrate ''' GGGGGGGGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

scholsey onto giggs, lovely through ball

thank feck. Ryan still a class act. Bring on Bellion.

We're missing ruud. we need someone infront of smithy. he's not getting the service and tends to drop too deep to pick the ball up.

We shoulg go 442 with Forlan on!

We're starting to get into the game now... Quinton is making some good runs down the left similar to what john does

Is there anyone injured at present, who could play against Lokomotiv London?

 Locomotiv London... good one.

I think it will be the same set you're seeing tonight. I doubt anyone on the injured list will make it back for the game...

I thought Saha is going to be OK even for tonight... Guess that was fake :-)

Good enough for me. All about qualifying at the end of the day no the quality of performance with a makeshift team short of match fitness.

I havnt seem much of him, a couple of times for Celtic where he looked very good. Id expect him to good enough for at least 10-15 games this season.

how has o'shea fared in the midfield?

Well, for 40 minutes he looked terrified of the ball, and then remembered where he was and what he should be doing. MUST DO BETER SHEASY!
On the whole though, can't really grumble. Great finish from Giggsy :D

can anyone whose watching the game give an analysis of giggs and scholes performances so far

Not well, too pedestrian for me.

We're shaky in defence, which is no surprise with the make-shift back four we're playing.

Giggs is looking fresh, and Scholes is always showing for it. Smith battles well up front.

Fletcher is yet again lost out wide, Djemba has improved after a very quiet start.

We are struggling when they are hitting us on the break.

now would you agree that sahas a better option upfront...i dont think smith is a real goalscorer... he needs to play behind either saha or ruud.

So it`s 1-1 at HT, not to bad a result.
They need a couple more and that should give us opportunities,
I predict a 2-1 win.
