If you think referees consistently add that amount of stoppage time, within the stoppage time then you’re deluded. The amount of time wasting in injury time which teams get away with is massive. Hence, you were lucky the ref accounted for it on this occasion.

Do you know what, I prefer the reality that United have the best defence in the league currently over some nuanced approach.

West Ham (Noble mainly) were clearly diving around our penalty box when we played them knowing we are poor with set pieces. You just have to rise above it and put them away anyway. The dives were as blatant as Adrian's time wasting.
That's probably true but whenever I've watched City I felt like Jesus was really contributing to the overall play and fluidity.
Look, they'll probably come out and storm over West Ham in the second half, but can we now feck this whole "best team ever" shite off now? They're riding a wave of momentum. They're going to come up against a side who will sort them out eventually.

In fairness almost as soon as I posted that they opened up and actually played (albeit still with the timewasting). We deserve to be down.
Yeah, I think he offers more outside the box than Kun but I have a feeling Pep is also benching him because he's been greedy when in decent positions. He doesn't pass to better positioned players even when in only a half decent one himself. It's an issue I think Pep had with Kun early days in his reign too.
We had a bloody brilliant football team. It had more to do with having the greatest ever manager than any one player. Given Sir Alexs utter genius, I reckon he'd have gotten back to winning titles after the tiny gap no matter what.
City may well win today and I have heaped praise on them and pep this season but it's been annoying that nothing appears to have gone against them this season so far. Unlike Pogba, De Bruyne has been fit and available throughout. Mane has a moment of stupidity which gifts them the Liverpool game. Morata gets injured which throws off Chelsea who started well. And the biggest one was that away game where their defender takes down the forward who is through and still gets only a yellow (forgot the opposition). Obviously they've still been brilliant and much better than us. But it would be nice if everything wasn't falling completely in place for them.

Has any team in any league have this kind of record ever after 15 games? They are just too good. I think we can safely say best team in the world right now. Even in CL I can't see their equal.

Been struggling now every time we've played and won before them. Can't be a coincidence. Had we dropped points yesterday, I reckon they would've thrashed them.

Games like today is why I've crowned them champs and why I think next week's match matters little.

The fact that they have struggled to win their last 3 games tells me they are about to hit a plateau. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see them get beaten by us and have Spurs take points off them as well the following weekend.
