just saw the stamp by ball, fecking disgracefull, he can expect a 3 game ban from the FA for violent conduct
 
pretty dull and slow for a derby so far tbh. We're not even out of second gear and yet we've hit the bar twice and are 1 - 0 up.

The biggest incident was that shocking stamp from Ball. The only explanation is that the ref might not have seen it. Cause otherwise thats the most baltant sending off.
 
very happy to have vidic and rio back. especialy as the ball will get ping in there from now on. probably from the halfway line.

I think if Barton and Richards had been playing it would have been more upbeat.
The lower pace the better really
 
tbh we started as we did our last 4-5 games - sloppy and slow. Good thing City are even worse.

the ref cant see evrything. even the assistants. if the ball had gone forward and the assistant wasnt watching for offside he would have been buggered. there has to be an element of trust that players have respect for other players and not be cowards by giving afters in the tackle. maybe a good argument for a fourth official. how can fergie see it on tv in the dugout yet we cant have a ref with a tv? we have not benefitted from it but there wil be 3 other teams that will.

Are any teams walking over oppo (with a 5 man midfield set up to defend and counter) teams at this stage of the season? pretty much what I expected, we'll do enough to win... hopefully (touchwood)
