A decent ref would have given rooney a warning...bennets is a complete cnut
To be fair, Rooney has been giving him crap throughout the half. It was silly to have a go at him right before HT, no matter how bad he had been.

if it's offside..don't blame the referee..blame the linesman..

impossible for referee to decide
It´s not only offsides...

Would you lot get your arses in gear. I need you to at least draw for my bet.

Ronaldo's the shittest shit to ever shit....Or Silvestre. It's close.

The Usual Scapegoats have been nowhere near your worst players (Fletcher and O'Shea)

summary:
giggs has been shite
evra has been rubbish so far, though its his first match and its a manchester derby, not an easy debute. has he won a single header ? city are aiming every longball towards him...
o`shea has been o`shea, rubbish
fletcher isnt doing anything at all, and once he gets the ball he doesnt try to pass it forward to a player, he`s just trying to pass it forward. no determination at all.
ruud is just being annoying with his tackles and using his hands.
playing silvestre was a giant mistake

Do a favour and log off.

oh well! it's one of these days...players look lost after the 1st goal.:(

Ronaldo??

Yer avin' a larf.
Well, at least he's creating something, while i didnt see anything from the central midfield so far, or from Giggs. He and Rooney are the only players who were dangerous more or less

Get rid of that fecking halfwit Silvestre. He's totally forgotten how to play football. Evra hasn't been half as bad as some of the doom merchants here have made out, I reckon he will come good for us.

Rooney just got a yellow for having a go at Bennett.

And after Rooney was clearly cleated by a City player. Rio got knocked down by Vassell and no call.

Talk about a totally undeserved lead for City. United are lacking the final ball again. Would be nice to see Ronaldo get his headers on target.

More than that, a decent ref would have actually used his eyes to see that Barton went studs up on Rooney (ironically exactly what Rooney was 'warned' for early in the game when he was doing feck all).
Exactly, we should have been given a freekick near their penalty area. Who knows, this may have even been our scoring chance from a short range.

we need a miracle to turn things round in the 2nd half, feck sakes, where the commitment and desire from our players.

oh feck off and state what you are disagreeing about.
evra has been rubbish so far, and i did point out that its his debute and its a manchester derby, obviously hard. he`s giving the ball away way to often, several blunders and he`s not winning any headers. both situations wich led to a goal started with a longball towards evra.

fletcher has been cack so far, no determination at all. their first goal could have been stopped if fletcher and o`shea had gone in with some determination and won the rebound from garys header

in Celtic

Ronaldo has been our worst player. Again.

I'm starting to get extremely pissed off with him now. He's been fecking useless all season, he's had about 2 good games.

I still think we can get a draw out of this though.

I won;t watch the 2nd half.As long as Ronaldo makes his stupid tricks and plays as shit,Silvestre feck up everything, we cant win or even draw today.

Fletch is doing ok, but O'shea next to him doesn't simply help.

Ruud should have tapped the ball after Giggsy's cross earlier in the match, that was our best chance, as yet.

Are you watching the match ? :wenger:

Yeah...Weirdly, I don't think that doing tricks until you lose the ball, overhitting almost every pass/cross and missing free headers qualifies as a good performance. Strange that.

It maybe early yet but Evra may be out of Man Utd faster than Djemba Djemba or Tiabi. He's shit from what I've seen. What are the scouts playing at recommending a bloke like this. 5 Mil for what?

Fergie and his staff have lost it. I hope the other defender is worth his fee.

Laydees, looks like we have a weener.

The second goal wasn't offside.

It wasn't, first should have been but those are the type that ddon't get called sometimes.

Bennett was the ref last yr when even the city officials commented to Fergie that his decisions were unbelievable, and today is a joke anyone know if this guy is a city fan??? fair play that city are winning they have deserved it our defending (silvestre) has been awful, but the ref has been fecking awful, he hasnt blew for a single foul on rooney yet, when he must have been took out 4-5 times

First goal was though.

We've dominated the first half, which is perverse, but Fergies decision to put Silvestre in has cost us, and City have exploited it well, so you cant argue they deserve to be in the lead really.

O'Shea fecked up for the first, too.

Brown's the most in-form defender in the league IMO. He's been class recently. Weird decision to leave him out.

I still think you'll come back second half though...

Looked to me that Rooney got a slight touch on the low cross that diverted the ball a little more forward, just out of the reach of a charging Ruud.

The offside was followed by crap defending, so, in lawyers' speak, there was a novus actus interveniens.
