Manchester City vs Manchester United

What is it about bloody city?!
I've never got over the day I was dragged to Highbury by some mates back in around 1990 and at the end of the Arse game (can't remember who they were playing)the City v United result was broadcast over the tannoy - 5 -1 ffs. The Gooner fans loved it of course - particularly as we had just bought a couple of new players.
I took a fair amount of pisstake that day...

So Barton can cleat Rooney and get nothing. Ronaldo goes in studs high and gets sent off (and put his lead foot down before coming near Cole). Interesting.

He's a talented midfield we'll be celebrating in a few years. The problem he has is that he doesn't have an experienced midfielder besides.

Add to that that some of the senior players are performing way below their normal performances eg Giggs.

I'd take the player's off the pitch now, but I just say that every time we're losing and I don't like the referee's call...
 
Seems to me that the referee came with an agenda.........
 
I would love to know why Halsey was replaced by Bennett in the first place

i'll be mightily surprise if bennett doesn't get what he deserves after this match, just as the commentators were discussing utd's lack of support from the ref, he goes and does something like that. he does seem the petty kind, unfortunately.

If Ronaldo had been the 'clever' one, no doubt the commentators would be begging for a three match ban for the 'known diver', and he would have been given a yellow.
