He's done very well, defensively too, but there's been next to zero action on the right side of our half.
And there was a 6 page thread earlier in the week about how he's not ready yet.

We need our striker to make runs in behind more than anything, Rooney's movement in behind is brilliant. He's developing the knack for getting into good positions, as well as making good runs, now as well.
He's developed so much as player and this is the right position for him in this stage of development.
He's read the game on his side very well.
We need Park to continue on the right to protect Rafael as he's on yellow.

Good performance in the first half and good to see us actually take one of our chances, unlike the game last season where we battered them but couldn´t score. Another goal would be very good though.

Almost time now. We have done so many things right. Now we must keep up the good work and not look back. Extend the lead while keeping a clean sheet.

We've dominated the match, which is when Rafael is perfectly suited to play and put his attacking instincts to good effect.

Raphael has been ready since the first time I saw him, if he keeps up the good work Gaz will have a problem getting back into the team.
The only sour note for me this half was VDS' punching again. Richards should have scored.
