Gary should play before his suspension. I think Fletcher will get the nod again :mad: I will opt for Saha and Forlan upfront.

With Mickey and Gaz rested I preferred the defensive minded 4 – 2 – 3 –1 formation rather than a more attacking minded 4 – 4 – 2. Djemba and Butt would add that steel needed to give some credibility to our defense while Ole, Ronaldo and Kleberson should offer enough goal chances for Saha to score. If we cannot score than I would suggest that Djemba should be replaced by Diego, to give that extra fire power needed to break Leeds defense

Id preferred Ole rather than Fletcher for the simple fact that Ole is more experienced, more hardworking, more technically gifted, faster, a better crosser, more charismatic, a better scorer, and a better passer. Also Ole need match practice and against Leeds he will have it.
 
Ronaldo will play either this game and be left on the bench on wednesday or vice versa. Can't see Fergie playing him 3 times+portugal game in a span of a week and a half.
 
I think Fergie will play Gaz, His ban will start next weekend so he'll be able to have a rest then.
Ruud might be rested, maybe Ole is ready for a start. Keane will also probably be rested and Phil Nev taking the holding role in midfield. Giggs will probably be benched as well with Scholes on the left again.
It all depends on whether SAF wants to go with 2 up front or give his defense a bit of protection.

That should give us more than enough to beat Leeds. As long as we can keep a lid on James Milner we should do ok.

I believe both Robinson AND Viduka are banned for this game which is obviously good news at both ends of the pitch.

I really can't see Fergie resting too many for this. Leeds are reknown for making a mockery of all known form when it comes to playing Man Utd. I am not saying they will get anything from this game but they will suddenly display a hunger to win that has been missing for virtually all this season.

I can see Smith getting sent off during this game, he's going to get very frustrated and if United can put a couple past Leeds without giving Smith a sniff early on, he's going to spit his dummy out.

And that's when things could become interesting, Fergie could well start to pull players off and, as we have seen recently, we are not exactly holding onto leads very well at the moment...

I have no clue who will line up for this one, Fergie has an almost full squad to choose from all I will say is that Saha will start as he is going to be feeling on top of the world at the moment.

Ronaldo may start because if anyone is going to get the Leeds players riled to the point of bookings, he's the guy.
 
I expect the big names to start and the understudies to make an entrace if and when the win is made safe. Fletcher in for Ronaldo.
 
I think Fergie might rest Ronaldo tomorrow. Ayway, with or without Ronaldo, I think we'll win this game 3-0. Ruud with 2 and Saha 1.

i read from soccerage that Kleberson would probably play and so would ole at some stage in the match. I also read that giggs would be rested for the porto game. Looks like Ronaldo also will be rested. I would of rested Keane as well but it doesnt look like he will.
