Its true that Spurs played to our strengths fielding a crappy midfield (why Dalmat and Rednapp haven’t played from the 1st minute is still a mystery for me) and not relying on crosses (a tactic which would have damaged our defense), but its also true that our team performed really well. Ole showed glimpses of his touch (ok Ronaldo is a better winger than him yet Ole proved that he is still classy with us), our defense interected well with the midfield and Keano and Giggs silenced all the critics. I think that Ill have the concensus when I say that we deserved a better score than the one we had.
I think that this game proved a lesson to everyone. A lesson for our opponents who had labeled us as finished, a lesson to the supporters who didn’t thought it twice to label SAF’s signings (first of the list Bellion) as flops (his goal was just magnificent) and a lesson to SAF whom brilliant performances coming from his “reserves” (Ronaldo, Bellion and thanks to recent games you can even put Djemba in the same bracket) may suggest that he isn’t fielding the strongest team available to him after all. I am sorry but Id rather have these three players playing rather than Fletcher, Forlan and Butt.

Are you suggesting a radical change in the pecking order?
The answer is yes, why not?
