We are so rubbish. My disgust at Rooney wanting to leave is lessening by the second as I see what he would be condemning himself to be part of as a David Moyes player. Van Persie must be in distress. Get to the byline cross, get to the byline cross, its so basic. We could sign Messi in summer and he'd never see the ball. We hate central attacks even when Carrick and Fletch show twice in succession that if we tried them we might get some joy.
 
Great when your centre forward has to burst a gut to defend because your centre mids are so immobile embarrassing really.
 
David Moyes has 45 mins to save his job. Seriously, he is fired if we lose this.

Another counter after a set piece from us that they have looked very threatening. Going have to buck our ides up when it comes to that possibility.
 
Worst team in the league, at home. I'm beyond words, I've resorted to writing on paper to talk with people. Jesus, what's going on.
 
There is no belief among the players. They are following the tactics they are told to use, and yet again they are not working.

No it's not. His plan is absolute shit. He's got every man behind the ball and Fulham have looked horrendous. To his luck we've basically tried to break the world record of most crosses in the history of a football game and done nothing in the final third.
 
HT. Desperately uninspiring from us. We've played right into their hands and seem to have no answer to their gameplan. Endless crosses have led nowhere for us and we still can't seem to produce any clear chances.

Need to win this in the second half with no excuses.

My thoughts as well. Mata doesn't seem the same player he was at Chelsea.
 
Not even embarrassed anymore. I'd take off Fletcher and Young for Kagawa and Adnan. Atleast Januzaj has the skill and the brains to do something other than cross the bloody ball.
 
Just sack Moyes already and appoint Garry Monk in his place!

We had a similar game against West Ham last week. We didn't cross it a million times but instead kept shooting straight into the horde of gimps West Ham plonked inside their area. Was no less frustrating than your crossing today.
 
Not surprised nor even angry by the current result and display, we seem to be playing like we give a shit but it's sadly not enough to break down Fulham. For all our possession we haven't created that much more chances than them. Not gonna be surprised if they score a second goal before we score our first due to a counter attack.
 
We've chucked a lot of balls into the box, some event fairly good ones but thats exactly what Fulham are happy to defend with Dan Burn in the team. It's like the opposition chucking the ball into the box when we have Vidic on form, exactly what we want them to do on their attacks. What we havent ever wanted to do is have Vidic 1 on 1 with an attacker with a bit of speed or skill or some clever play on the ball around the edge of the box. Thats where these very good "box defender" sort of CBs can come unstuck. Not launching the ball for them to attack in the air
