Manchester United F.C. vs. Swansea City A.F.C.

We don't have players capable of advancing with the ball and we simply never have any passing options on. It's bonkers

Dreadful again. Can we just bloody play kagawa in the middle? Put januzaj wide. And wtf is up with our pressing. Press with some aggression ffs.
Kagawa not strong enough for the middle. He also slows the game down too.

no goal threat at all in our team.

welbeck, yeah he can pop up with one or two sometimes and januzaj is still young.

but kagawa is too afraid to shoot, while valencia is pure valencia. carrick and fletcher, you just don't expect them to be on the edge of the penalty box after all.

it will be a pleasant surprise if we can get a goal in the next 45 minutes.

Bar some notable exceptions, this team is fecking shite. We're making Swansea look like barca. If they had even one decent player we'd be getting destroyed. When they have possession everything look slick and controlled. When we have possession it looks like a retarded epileptic with parkingsons, playing pinball.

All Epileptics are retards then?

Embarrassing, but you look out there and you see SEVEN players in our side that are on the decline as footballers and then it makes sense.

If only the transfer window was open and we could help our squad issues out.

Can anyone remember us playing worse than this in the last 3 decades? This is lower-league stuff, but at least they try.

Making Swansea look like Barcelona out there. We have no clue how to properly press them. They are passing rings around us. On the other hand we still look disjointed and unable to fashion too many chances in open play. Welbecks one was as good as it gets but somehow he missed.

Danny and Januzaj are running hard and Fletcher has ddi some solid work on the ball in midfield, but overall another lackluster performance.

Never a red card, shut up.

We played like utter cnuts, no urgency, no closing down other than in rare bursts and simply no tempo or movement to create passing opportunities. Sort it out, getting tired of this utter shit. Swansea look like they have at least 2 more men on the field which about sums it all up.

That was a dismal half. Basically being bossed about in the game, with Swansea in full control and at times just going through out midfield/defence far to easily. We really need to pick things up in the second half, other wise it is only a matter of time before we go behind.

We've played badly in the first half before, but then Fergie magic (i.e. bloody good rollicking) transformed the side.

If David Moyes has half of Fergie's motivational skills, he'll do the same during half time.

That's a ridiculously good and accurate:( analogy.

Could someone teach Kagawa to actually pressure the man with the ball. Standing 12 feet away from him isn't doing it.

Saw the last 10 minutes of the half.. It wasnt terrible.. Not great either.

Chico should be starting when Rooney and van Persie are out. We need a presence up front.. Welbeck isnt the lead striker.. You could say the same for Rooney and Robin as well, but they are better up top when they are alone.

We'll win.

Awful football, Swansea with 68% possession at Old Trafford.

As much as it sticks in my throat to say this, its clear what we're missing: Fellaini.

If our tactic is simply to sit back and hit long balls forward its clear we need a target. Smacking it forward and hoping for the likes of Welbeck, Januzaj, Kagawa or Valencia to hold off the challenges until the cavalry arrives is hopeful at best. No, this approach needs the good old fashioned big man in the final third to win the knock downs.

Best chest in the league. 'That's what they tell me'.

Disappointing really. Just 34% possession which is terrible. We've let them keep the ball for long periods, time wasting in their own half while we sit off. A pressing game would force them into making mistakes and giving it back to us. Otherwise their retention of the ball has been superior across the pitch.

We're too slow when we get in their half and any sight of their penalty box makes us clueless. There are gaps and opportunities to exploit if we can pick better passes and make runs. From midfield to attack we're lacking that spark, as usual. Get Januzaj and Kagawa on the ball more.

Is Moyes actually instructing the team to play with no tempo or intensity whatsoever? It's got little to do with the squad he inherited anyhow.

Fletcher made his first challenge of the game. Then got fouled.

Awful half, slow, static shit football as most predicted. As bad as Cleverley played against Sunderland at least he offers something. Sub fletcher for Cleverley, that will give us some more movement/aggression in the middle.

Get Kagawa in the number 10 role and keep him there.

Switch Rafael with Valencia (assuming we have no proper winger on the bench?)

Seriously, we look like a team that do not know how to pass the ball. We keep giving the ball back and not doing much in pressing them. We need to wake up in the second half.

Moyes' football makes me want to kill myself. Swansea are making us look like relegation fodder.

At least Moyes has his customary refereeing decision to moan about now though.

We weren't completely awful; Fletcher looks pretty confident and they're all working their balls off.

Its pretty poor. Swansea defenders playing with the ball just short of the halfway line. We should be pressing the shite out of them when that happens.

We don't have players capable of advancing with the ball and we simply never have any passing options on. It's bonkers

We have two major problems. Players who love to run with the ball, take too many touches but also because they don't have many passing options to them and players who are just too afraid to try adventurous passing and prefer to play it back.

We just have no pace in midfield.

Kagawa for example initiated possibly the slowest counter attack in the history of Man Utd.

Awful football, Swansea with 68% possession at Old Trafford.

Even against City at the Etihad and Chelsea at the Bridge Swansea had more possession, that's no big deal. It's that when we do get on the ball there's nothing happening. Every now and then you think "Kagawa's doing nothing", but then when you spend the next 5 minutes keeping an eye out for him you see him making himself available for a pass constantly but we're content to pass it around pointlessly.

Boring half. No tempo or urgency to our game, never seen us so clueless going forward as we have been this season.

Kagawa is useless on the left. Either swap him and Januzaj or bring Hernandez on and put Welbeck on the wing. Need to change something.

They were swapped 30 mins in. Kagawa is playing in the centre.

Is Moyes actually instructing the team to play with no tempo or intensity whatsoever? It's got little to do with the squad he inherited anyhow.

I suspect some of the players aren't trying their best. Which in itself is disgraceful.

We are turning into RAWK

(I know you're not serious.)
I am. Sky will massage numbers to make a story more dramatic. They're like a tabloid in that regard.

Also, it was never a red

Also we've had the best chances despite being poor.

Swansea with possession but no real threat.

While that did make me laugh, it's actually true. We look absolutely clueless, I'm absolutely dumbfounded.
