Manchester United v Aston Villa

Why was carrick booked? Bollox.

More contact than against Blackburn atleast. Still a soft peno, a shame has he done well to work his way into the box like that.

Doesn't excuse the dive but theres been plenty of occasions this season where a player has been fouled but because he's stayed on his feet the ref hasn't given it.

Still don't like seeing it mind.

Yeah.. not as bad as the blackburn one.. These are given very often.. Still its annoying when anyone does it.
Young needs to stop taht.

Carrick booked .. what the feck?

The young hate is embarrassing, that was a pen, if Rooney had done that there wouldn't half as much criticism

Ashley Young has become a real cheat.

I'm really starting to dislike the guy.

Cheat? He had his foot stood on, which is why he went down. That was a penalty. fecking hell, why do you support the club if you don't support the players?

You'd think the Villa player would back the feck away from Young given that he was a massive diver at Villa too

It was rooneys 23rd of the league campaign?

There was only contact because Young moved into the defender.

He pulled out, young forced the contact then dived.

I think its horrible. But hey ho, 1-0 and on course for the 3 points!

I'm not a Utd fan as such.

And no I'm not a dipper, a gooner, or a chav either.

Young forced the contact, the guy pulled out of the tackle, it was cheating as far as I can see.

Hope we dont sit back and settle for a 1-0
More goals please.

This. Stop moaning over a complete nothing, it was a penalty.

Get out of here.

who gives a feck if it's a dive or not,it may leave a sour taste but it has become part and parcel of the modern game, just like kicking lumps out of players in the 60's and 70's was acceptable,it has now become acceptable to try and get penalties and free kicks in this way.

Is it PC to say this whenever Young goes down?! it's getting tiresome now. It's clear as day light a penalty.
