Special treatment, McBride didn't need to wait for the transfer window. According to some sources it's a Ruud-McBride swap deal.

strange line-up, not sure if it's strong enough for Bolton, but i'm glad Silves is back
 
I think O'Shea might play in midfield, Richardson at LB
 
I'd rather see keiran in the middle than oshea, he proved capable in there at WBA whereas oshea has never really impressed me in the centre.

I'd also prefer to see Ruud starting the game then coming off when we're winning rather than possibly vice versa. Saha obviously needs games though

I believe that might just be the case. Seems like Brown has not recovered, Smith is sufferring a recurrence of the virus and Scholes might have succumbed to it. Hope that they will all recover in time for Tues against Arsenal!

Don't know if the line-up is THAT strange, just Saha for Ruud, ahead of tuesday. Obviously wanted Scholes rested for that game, and for Ronaldo to gather some more form going into it i feel.

Kieran in WBA was part of a midfield trio. To play as one of our midfield duo against opposition's trio (esp. at OT), is altogether another proposition. Especially since he's not played there at all in his Utd career.
