How would I like to see Scholes-Ando in MF ( The one where Ando had Gerrard in his pocket ) Again.

With Rafa and Evra doing superbly out wide, we could use a bit more energy in the center and Hernandez shouldn't be dropped with 2 goals from 1 game and 1 substitute match....

I'm going with a tough MF, Carrick/Fletch/Ando With a front three of Rooney Hernandez Berba, we have the full backs who act like wingers so we should bombard liverpool's poor defense

I think switch Nani for Hernandez and thats our best line-up if scholesy isn't fit.

Obviously that is the reason why Fergie rested so many first teamers against Stoke. Rio, Carrick, Ando, VDS and Rooney will be back.

It will be interesting to see how Chicharito and Rooney link up. I know its going to be Berba starting against Pool but Chicharito definitely deserves to play too.
 
We usually play 4-5-1 in the big games. Rooney to play lone striker and berbatov on bench.

I'd say he plays that formation against teams he views as stronger .
This Is a poor liverpool team and I hope he plays a fast attacking formation to totally batter liverpools weak defence

I can't see Why a 4-5-1 would be needed for this game
 
As shit as Liverpool may be, they still have Torres and Gerrard who both can produce something out of nothing.
 
Interesting that Fergie says Edwin, Rio and Rooney are a worry, when Ferdinand said last night he was just being rested. I guess Fergie just like to toy with everyone nowadays.

Anyhow:

Incidentally, i hope Gary starts on Sunday. He can take care of himself out there when it comes to playing the dippers, no worries
 
Got two tickets for this. Me and the missus are going up Saturday to make to have a weekend of partying and then watch United vs the dippers on the Sunday at Old Trafford. It does not get any better than that.

I hope Fergie sticks out our strongest eleven and plays 4-4-2. I'm normally in favour of abit of resting and rotation with the FA Cup as the league is always the priority but this is Liverpool at home in the FA cup third round with a big allocation of scousers coming to O.T. United should merit the occasion with the strongest side possible because whatever their troubles they will play like their lives depend on it Sunday.

Just makes Fergie's team selection that much easier. Hernandez is on a good run and he has yet to start a big game for United. Give him the service and he could run the dippers ragged.
