Manchester United V Manchester City

not really

it was just a game that mattered much more than it seems to day.

saying that my phone has recieved texts all night about tomorrow, ive ignored most of them :D

it means alot to a massive proportion of United fans. Liverpool and City (and Leeds when they were around) were the first games i used to look for, and dream of not being chubbed for

enjoy the game tomorrow :)

it has been good to speak to reds who understand

The losses at the COM in recent years have hurt alot more than any result against the renties. Fukcing nearly cried when we were stuffed 4-1.

Getting done by Leeds always had its own distinct sour feeling too. Can't wait for tomorrow, just sorry i couldn't have been in Manchester all week for this

It was ours once long ago fella... and lets not refer to it like that eh?

No offence intended !.... But I think you are taking the point up wrongly. D'ont get me wrong, but the derby match IS & ALWAYS will be one of the most important fixtures of any season.
Obviously, for City this game will be LIKE a Cup final for them, due to an obvious lack of same in the last 30 yrs or so.
Even, when we went through leanish times in 70's & 80's, we still managed 3 FA Cup wins, and a few runners-up appearances in both FA & League Cup finals, as well as a couple of 2nd places in league !

It's also a Revie thing, the original "dirty Leeds". I'll never forget Franny Lee and Norman Hunter going at it (though Lee was playing for Derby by then), I wanted Franny to batter the cnut. The worst defeat in recent times was that 3-1 when we were fecking gutless and Sir Alex threatened to bring the fans into the dressing room afterwards. Christ I was angry that day!

i'll never forget that. Im glad he didn't i would have throttled the boy who is now our captain that day, and his brother

It's Derby day!!!!!

Shit no matter how old, how many derby's I've seen either on the box or at OT or MR/COMS, it still generates a buzz. May the red Three Quarters of Manchester be celebrating this afternoon.

Kanchelskis

3-0 for us, Roon with 2, Carrick to score his first

I would rest people, but thats what I always say and I get yelled at for it. I still think we would have a very strong side if Heinze, Brown and Fletch played.

Dont be stupid. Heinze will start but apart from that our strongest team will definetly play.

Lineups anyone? It's less than an hour left...

I suspect Fletcher will play.

Rise and shine, don't you just feel great when it's matchday? :)
Yeah, especially when I wake up and the match is just one hour from kick off. :D

I do that too sometimes, if the game is early. I set my alarm-clock one hour before the game, that leaves me time for breakfast and some redcafe discussion :smirk:

Exactly what i have done today :) Cant wait

Where do you get official lineups from? I wan't to bring them in on my own instead of waiting, because I litterally can't wait.
