Is it me or is everyone under-estimating Norwich?
Not a big fan of welbeck and herandez up top together, don't there's enough creativity between them there. Reckon Young has a good chance of playing, maybe valencia as well unless he's gonna play over Nani next game. Would be good to see Zaha.
I know it's the league cup but with the way we've been performing so far this season I'd be picking the best team available and using the minutes to try and add some cohesion.

Couldn't care less about this game tbh. The League Cup is a pain in the arse when we're struggling in the league.
I think it is important Moyes gets some silverware this year, even if it is the League Cup.
Since Janujaz is our first choice, we may see Young.
I think some people are, doubt Moyes is though - we will certainly see one or two regulars starting I feel.

Don't tell me you are surprised? Viasat is actually worse though, and no profanity within me can explain the hatred that I feel towards them. TV2 are just wankers.
As for the team - I would love to see a CM-pairing of Ando and cleverley with Kagawa ahead and Nani Januzaj on the wings. Fabio and Rafael for the fullback positions and Smalling as CB. Hernandez as a striker and probably Rio paired with Smalling, if he's fit.

We've done well in the Cups so far, I want us to keep going and build some momentum. We are unbeaten in five games now and should look to extend this run further. I really like League Cup games these days, though we might not see any youngsters today, Zaha and Januzaj aside.
Are there even any highlights on UK TV? I'm in work until 11pm so I can't stream it...

The League Cup Show is on BBC later tonight I believe. Or MUTV are replaying the entire match if you have that.
BBC have a League Cup highlights programme but it's on tomorrow night. It isn't on until 11.05p.m. though. They show highlights of both nights games.
Last time I did that was in 1967 and look what happened.
I was hoping to watch the highlights without knowing the score but I've got no chance if it's not on until tomorrow night!

Let's try to figure it out. Here's what we know:
1. He rates Fellaini.
2. He's horrible at his job.
3. His initials are MF.
Waaait a minute.....
Hate that this isn't on tv, should be an interesting game to watch if Moyes explores the squad options, and he should to some extent. Not 2nd choice in every spot or anything, but it'd be nice to see Kagawa in the 10 spot, and Zaha given a go(on either wing).
I remember they beat us in the League Cup semi-final once over two legs. In 1967, they came to Old Trafford when they were in the old 3rd Division and knocked us out of the FA Cup in the 4th Round 2-1. There used to be footage of the goals on YouTube but it's no longer there.
Hurray, this isn't on TV here - Setanta have bafflingly opted for Burnley v West Ham as their delayed game after Arsenal v Chelsea.
I hope to see Januzaj and Zaha start on the wings, should be a breathe of fresh air and they have the ability to get the crowd excited
It's gotten to the stage where I simply don't under-estimate any side, as whoever it is we will more than likely struggle to win.
I doubt Norwich will be putting out a strong side themselves as in their first team as well
