I think it's worth another shot at the Tévez-Berbatov combination against a side who look hopeless at the moment - let Rooney be an impact sub.

The balance.
We played with this against Hull we conceded two goals and were clueless upfront. Won't work.
We learn from our mistakes positioning wise. Tbh in a perfect world, all 3 strikers would play.
Its a hard choice because the Rooney-Berba combo is still lethal, but i'd want Tevez to play as well.
Must give Fergie a right headache.
Might just get away with it against Sunderland at Old Trafford. It would be great for Tevez feel good factor. Just might turn his season around.

we lost the games when tevez , berba and rooney started was because of our defense, and carrick missing inaction. The frontline manage to score, but our defence conceded more.
It will be difficult to drop Tevez after tonights game, but with the good display at City last weekend, I want some more continuity in the starting line up. I'd like to see the same XI on Saturday that started last week.

Its ok to drop Tevez but its regarded as a sin to leave out Berba or Rooney?
Give the Rooney - Tevez combo another go, if it doesnt quite work out then we have the luxury of bringing on Berba - remember how many times last season during those frustrating games we were crying out for that certain frontman from the bench, well now we can do that.
