By the same logic that this was a pen, Adam's dive against us to win the free kick that Liverpool scored from was a foul too because, like there, there was minimal contact, and like the Phil Jones one early on in the game, I reckon that you have to do more than barely touch a player, who then stops playing and just tumbles to the ground, to give a penalty.
