I'd much rather lose Berbatov or Welbeck in some freak injury than Rooney. Rooney is the catalyst in attack. Save him when possible.

We have some options in attack, Berbatov, Owen, Macheda and Welbeck. We have very few fit defenders, so yes I agree with the changes.
