Manchester United v Wigan Athletic

5-0 Valencia, a fully deserved goal for him, been really good

Rooney picks it up about 45 yards away from Wigan's goal, about 20yards from the touchline, and then drives towards the box. Welbeck makes a decent run to the left corner of the area, which draws defenders, and Rooney slips in Valencia, who is one on one with the GK, and a beautiful outside of the right foot chip finish over Pollitt

A very good finish to a very good pass by Rooney, and he fully deserves his goal

Still a good chance of 6/7 here

Imagine how frightening we would be if Berba and Rooney started playing together as well as Valencia and Rooney do.

Hopefully that happens soon.

I'd much rather lose Berbatov or Welbeck in some freak injury than Rooney. Rooney is the catalyst in attack. Save him when possible.

Probably won't play against Leeds and may not play against City either, so there is no point resting him.

Five goals, five different goal scorers.

I wish this was FIFA 10, I would have achieved an accomplishment :(

Whata cross from Rafael

Rafael is going to be some player for us once he gets stronger and can start to get through seasons without injuries. The boy as a super cross on him.

I don't mean this as an attack on O'Shea, as he's such an important player for us, but you really see what you gain with Rafael playing, obviously, O'Shea brings you more defensively.

And I definitely think having that really forward-minded RB helps Valencia
