In the latest episode of the United Hour Podcast, Nik (@Rood) is joined by CEO Duncan Drasdo and Financial Director Andy Green from the Manchester United Supporters Trust for a special episode on all things behind the scenes at Old Trafford including a brief history of MUST and their aims today, views on INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe so far, and the Old Trafford regeneration.
Outstanding team performance. There were so many good performances from so many players.
- Fletcher showed great desire and commitment and showed how desperate he is to get back in the team.
- Anderson used the ball brilliantly and held on to possession in some key areas of the pitch.
- Evra gave us the left sided balance were missed in the City game.
- Rooney harassed Toure and Gallas all game which was vital in disrupting their defence and creating space for our midfielders.
- Carrick used the ball excellently, picking our some exquisite passes. Probably his best game in a United shirt.
- Nani was probably the star performer, stepping into Ronaldo's role in the team and gave us the attacking creativity we've lacked in our recent games. Plus some of his crosses were wonderful.

There still some other premiership teams in it (assuming they win). So the FA have still some flexibility with our next round 'draw'.
I just want to thank everybody that played today. This has to be one of the best matches we have played this season and it is great to se players like Fletcher stepping up to the task.

What can you say about Fletcher, this is why he's a United player. A player to trust on the really big and meaningful occassions.

Just got back from OT, what a game! Good atmosphere where i was sat too. Anderson, Nani, Carrick, Fletcher, Rooney all take a bow, you were immense

DItto, well albeit a half hour later perhaps.
The atmosphere was probably better than it was at the Newcastle game where i sit, and it was much improved then.
Had to grin at the Gooners chant near the end "We'll race you back to London". I think i lost on that score. lol
Dunno what it is about Arsenal, but it certainly does something for Fletcher's level of performance. All credit to him, been out of the side for ages and came in and did...well we all know what he did.
And as you said, Nani, Anderson, Carrick, Rooney, all top quality today.Great game.

Simply superb the whole team were awesome and made up for last weekend.
Fletch, Nani, Rooney and Anderson all deserved 10's. VDS I think only made one save the whole game.

To be fair you don't really have the tools for the job when it comes to kicking us off the park as you always did untill about two years ago.
