What does the bench look like? That line up looks very strong, should keep Giggsy and Berbatov fresh for Boro as well.
Surprised Tevez will be the central striker, if it does indeed lineup that way. It might be to pressure their strained defence as opposed to holding the ball up.

Well, Silvestre looked very weak against Liverpool when Kuyt was pressing him. Giving the ball away alot. So thats good news that he's playing (sorry Silvestre).
Berbatov benched... I knew Tevez was more suitable for this game, but i'm surprised he's benched. Perhaps this is the night when Tevez earns his contract
Anderson/Carrick/Fletcher all high tempo players strong in challenge. Looks like the gameplan is to get very tight and press the Arsenal midfield/defense. Brilliant stuff.

Fletcher and Anderson normally play well against Asnl and im guessing thats why SAF picked them, i expect to see Giggs and Berba if things arent going well for Fletcher and Anderson.

The only concern I have is I think we may get raped a fair bit on the wings. We'll have a fairly narrow midfield and with Nasri and Walcott on the pitch I think Arsenals main danger will come wide.

Agree, I don't get this at all. The midfield puzzles me too, hopefully it's another master stroke by SAF.

yeah feel the same here, but in 99 in the semi replay v. arsenal, he came off the bench.
