Manchester United vs. Arsenal

Mannone and Santos - that is like watching Luiz in the Chelsea line-up

10 - Wayne Rooney has scored the joint-highest number of goals against Arsenal of any player in Premier League history."

In case you are wondering, the other is ex-Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester City striker Robbie Fowler.

Subs: Lindegaard Ando Chicha Nani Scholes Powell Wootton

Not bad. The central midfield could struggle when going head to head with Wilshere-Arteta-Cazorla. But the wingers and forwards could make up for it.

Kill them through the right side.

Hopefully Welbeck just feeling it after Wed and just rested.

Expect a rusty Wilshire to come off after an hour or so. We should be able to manage them in the middle. But out wide we have a clear advantage.

Ando only being on the bench is a pity IMO, he keeps asking the question of the manager with his performances this season and getting nowhere.

The logig behind playing Young is sound enough, such an irritating player for me though. lol

Reckon Mertesacker and Santos will get ripped apart if we can hit them on the break. Looks like they might play a diamond in the middle though so it could be hard to win it in central midfield.

I think he'll come off the bench here, start against Braga then will kick on from there starting more league games.

Wooton the only defensive cover? *cringe*

If Raf tires in the second half we'll just have to push Valencia back there.

We didn't even have Wootton on the bench at Stamford Bridge (the league game) and there was no problem.

Why are people always moaning before our games?

Worried about Rafael, can he last 90 mins after playing 210 mins in six days I wonder, if not then as Nick said, Valencia going right back.

I think SAF has learnt from past lessons, last season we started him non-stop and he got a long injury lay off. Could almost make a case for all his other seasons with us. We are feeling him in slowly which i believe is the best thing for him

Can't believe the comments directed at Young here, he scored 2 goals in the 8-2 last year as well as raping them on the whole. I'm glad he starts.

Anderson was never going to start after how knackered he ended up getting in the midweek game.

I'm not sure why Carrick keeps starting games. He's been awful all season and is showing no signs of getting better.

Fair enough team after midweek though really. We should win
