Manchester United vs. Arsenal

Can't believe the comments directed at Young here, he scored 2 goals in the 8-2 last year as well as raping them on the whole. I'm glad he starts.
It's not people have something against Young, but people love Nani too much, that's why they have to "hate" Young.

Anderson was never going to start after how knackered he ended up getting in the midweek game.

No-one has had a big go at Young here. FFS, people are entitled to an opinion and I know I'd much prefer Nani to Young in this or pretty much any other game.

Maciek's right. If Nani doesn't play, then all of our other wingers are shit and don't deserve to play as well.

The team is terrific, the best/close to the best we can field atm.

I wanted Welbeck at least on the bench though, he has to be injured surely:(

I think that's the first time I've got the starting line-up correct in the line-up game.

Some people don't half have double standards on here (Maciek, RN7 etc.)

"In the theatre of dreams nobody can hear your screams"

Never heard that before

For me, Young's there because Arsenal's only width comes in the form of Sagna. Young will keep him under closer control than Nani would, which means our midfield can focus solely on the middle of the park.

I haven't yet worked out who from that Arsenal side is going to have to play wide left to try and contain Rafael. I'd assume Podolski but Raf could have an almost free reign going forwards if he wants it.

Podolski has done pretty well defensively whenever I've watched Arsenal. Doesn't lack any work rate.

Calm down Deco. I've seen you in the Ireland thread moan about one player starting over another. This is no different.

Me moaning about Ward/Green et al is 100% justified as the are fecking shite! ;)

We're talking bout Nani here, 3 days after Fergie comments on him mid week, after Young ripped Arsenal a new one last season. Hardly comparable.

Valencia should destroy Andre Santos

that match up should be good for at least a goal

Just remembered that Sagna's also back from a long injury as well. Big ask of him and Wilshire today.

No question i take against Young's diving antics, nor that he has the ability to come up with a goal from time to time. For me it is his propensity to disappear from matches for large spells, leave us lacking both in an attacking and defensive sense. Also has some judgement issues but that could improve with time.

Nani's still erratic as a player to be sure but when he's on the money, there's no contest at the moment.

Can't believe anyone expected Nani to start after the way SAF blasted him on Wednesday.

:wenger: That's your opinion and i'm not that far away Decotron but other people are allowed their opinion to be fair.

Gutted that I can't watch this one, but there's no T.V in dorms and if went out to watch it I'll either get kidnapped or arrested, so bad luck. :(

Ando was never gonna start after playing in midweek. Welbeck, I think was injured. Great to see Powell on the bench, mist have impressed Fergie in midweek.

Nani's gone at the end of season.

Tony V is gonna feck Santos up

What? Young always puts in a good shift and helps out Evra massively when he plays.
