You need to be in the UK though, don't know if there is a way to trick it with some kind of proxy
He has a week to recover, but we've had to play makeshifts in defense before. If Evra needs a rest if Domenech uses him for 90 minutes against Spain, I'd imagine something will be done if none of the orthodox left-back are fully fit i.e. Evans left-back, Rafael left-back, Park left-back.
