That was poor keeping by De Gea, not the first shaky moment tonight. How have we missed 2 open goals in 1 game?

Anyone hear the commentator mention ABU's?

Good to have some official confirmation they exist.

really pisses me off that, jusT fecking stay till the end FFS

I really don't get this either. If I'm at a game I like to stay as long as possible after the game, have a chat with my friends about the and then go after the masses disappear I really don't get this mentality of having to race to your car and get out of the stadium as fast as possible.

We are shit without Fellaini.

It's funny you say that. I don't know if you're being tongue in cheek or not but I was quite impressed by his performance, he got about and won the ball back a lot without conceding too many fouls or losing possession too much. I thought he was a very stabilising presence in our midfield.

He was great, he's a good player, but I am joking.

Good win. Good performance. Bring on city.

Valencia's strategy of crossing/shooting as hard as he possibly can has worked well tonight.

Good team performance except at the back where we were a bit ropey.

Aside from shooting ourselves in the foot for the goals, and missing sitters, I'm delighted with how this went for Moyes. Too often in Europe lesser teams put us under huge pressure, or we can't string more than 3 or 4 passes together. Fingers crossed we can build on this.

Wait... are the people leaving? What the feck?

Not being able to fill it at the first CL game was already poor form, but leaving when your side is winning is really disappointing. I expected better from the OT.
I'm guessing it isn't a common thing in Germany, happens to most big teams here when they're coasting.

V. good opening CL win. Great stuff.

Result will do. Win is all that counts in the first game as they are all harder from this moment on. Positives and negatives but Moyes will sleep easier tonight.

"Maybe the Bundesliga isn't the answer to all of Football's Ills" as the Champions of England beat the 3rd best German team at home
