Manchester United vs. Benfica

Or rather a player who has no future at the club who is on the bench instead of a young and really promising talent.

Potential won't win this match. Experience will.

It's not a fecking dead rubber game, it's a must win CL game against a good team. Blooding a youngster can wait.

Yeah, he played a lot there for Villa last season.

That's what I hear, I have to admit I'm looking forward to seeing him play there for us.

But I wouldn't mind seeing Nani given a try there either. Though I doubt that will happen.

Sound more likely than Valencia in a three man midfield.

It's a must win game where we've left our most potent striker on the bench in favour of playing a guy who hasn't scored a CL goal since god knows when and a winger in the hole.

Gibson has just played 9 times in CL for the last four years, some great experience that(even if it's more than Morrison). Fact is Gibbo has no future at this club and in the last match even at reserve level Gibbo was anonymous whilst Morrison was the MoTM.

Hernandez could be carrying a knock and Fergie only wants to risk him in an emergency.

Or is that imossible because it means you can't have a good old moan about Fergies teams selection.

MoTM in a reserve game? Come back Richie De Laet, all is forgiven!

Oh and Giggs and Park are already for experience and game changing in midfield if it's needed.

That's not bad at all! Young has played less and so has almost the entire Spurs team!

Oh I give up. Only a retard won't understand the difference between the potential of De Laet and Morrison.

There's been no mention of him carrying a knock, I also didn't realize we couldn't question a team selection, I'll go order some pom poms.

It's a good team selection, calm down gimps.

Fletcher and Carrick is a weakness though, they are not a good combo.

Why on earth would Gibson make the bench? He's not got a future with the club.

I hear United have signed a 5 year old with great potential. Maybe we should start him in a big CL game?

Really started to hate the pre-game show on danish TV. Every fecking time they spent the first 20 minutes talking about what the line up could be, whether Lindegaard is playing and if any slightly injured player is actually playing. The team sheets have handed in before you start the show, you retards. Look at them and stop being cnuts.

"The big question is: How will they line up?". Yeah, it was "the big question" half an hour ago.

Rooney out is a big blow but I'm looking forward to seeing how well Young does there. Of late it's been mentioned that his performances haven't been as great out wide as they were at the beginning of the season (same with Nani), and playing in the hole isn't completely unfamiliar to him - as others have said, he played there a lot for Villa last season and by all accounts did a good job.

I hope Berbatov scores tonight though, it's been years since he last scored in the CL and will help his confidence.

On the first XI, it's pretty good IMO. Excited to see how the combination of Young and Berbatov is gonna work.

Can see us conceding with that defence without Vidic. We are going have to score twice to win the game

2-1 United
