He will be given the license to roam everywhere anyway. So it doesn't really matter. Look how well Ronaldo had done for us on the wing. I believe Rooney can achieve similar results for us.

Edit: Also because it's a matter of international security, I'm having serious stomach issues right now and I'm really hoping that it won't get worse during the match because there's no way I'm getting up to use the toilet in the middle of the match and I really like the chair I'm sitting on.
