I'd like to see both Carrick and Park get a game. Carrick has not played so much this year and needs more minutes, same for Park who's in good form at the moment. Rovers will probably play the strongest team so we need to be up for it tonight.
 
Tevez and Giggs up front would be a bit slow and lacking in variation for me. Manucho or Welbeck should play alongside Tevez, with Giggs in midfield.

It says there's a stream for it on a certain P2P MY guess is it won't be on though dont think i've seen one United Carling cup match this year. Either watch that one or United reserves which might be a bit shit considering half of them will be playing for the first team.
 
Paul Scholes could be set for a cameo in United's Carling Cup quarter final clash with Blackburn tonight, Sir Alex has told the matchday programme.

The Reds midfielder has been out of action since suffering knee ligament damage during United's 3-0 Champions League win over Aalborg on 30 September.

It was thought Scholes wouldn’t return until mid-December, but as is typical of the 34-year-old’s abiding enthusiasm for the game, he is ahead of schedule and pestering Sir Alex to get back into the first-team fold.

However, there is still plenty of room for United’s youngsters, with several up-and-coming starlets pencilled in for playing time against Paul Ince’s Rovers side.

"Although we are now into the quarter-finals, I intend to stay with the young ones who have got us this far,” Sir Alex writes in his United Review column. “Players like Jonny Evans, Rafael, Darron Gibson, Rodrigo Possebon and Danny Welbeck [will all be involved].

"But I also have Paul Scholes in mind. He is on the verge of playing again following his knee injury and operation. He is training well and is chomping at the bit to get started.

“So a place on the bench with perhaps a few minutes’ pitch time could be good for him. We’ll see how things go."

I don't mind who starts, so long as Tevez has a strike partner to work with or play off of I have no problem.

Poor Old Tevez has looked shit in most games this season, sometimes due to the fact he is asked to do it alone. Manucho should start, otherwise he won't get any match fitness and Sir Alex will never know if he can play in competative matches.

We are a bit lucky here in the Middle East, yesterday they showed Arsenal vs Burnley :D and they already advertised the United game today.

If its on tv somewhere, there will be a stream.

Last game in this cup we were not on TV anywhere in the world, so no streams to run from.
 
Would like to see Anderson and Possebon play together in centre mid again, they looked excellent together against Boro.

As has been pointed out before as well, I hope we dont see a Giggs-Tevez partnership upfront and instead Welbeck gets the nod.
