Manchester United vs. Blackburn Rovers

Had a read at the Blackburn forum, there's a few who actually think Phil Jones is a judas, ehh..
Of course he should have stayed with Steve Kean and the fantastic Rovers team and said no to United..

So, Smalling and Evans out, Jones-Rio CB?

Edit: Just read that Rio "might" be on the bench and he "hopes" Jones will be fit. fecking hell, not looking good if none of them can play.

Valencia - Carrick - ? - Evra

Either

Valencia, Carrick, Evra, Rafael

Or

Valencia, Carrick, Evra, Fryers

Surely Rafael has to be close to playing with his bench appearances recently?

Thankfully we are at home and have enough fire power to blow Blackburn away. I can't see with these injuries beyond at least Carrick and Valencia in the back four so that leaves Giggs/Gibson in midfield and Park/Nani on the wings. Berba/Rooney upfront. Possible Fergie might play Rooney in midfield with one of Hernandez or Welbeck up with Berba. Plenty of options to cobble together a side still open to SAF.

It's still a good side with plenty of options on the bench including Wellbeck and Hernandez. Must mean Morrison and Pogba might be on the bench as well with that injury list assuming Jones and Rio don't make it.

We should still have a good enough side to win the match and then Smalling, Rio, Evans, Jones and Fabio will eventually all return and this defensive mess will be over for abit.

I really wouldn't be surprised if that, despite all recent comments, we actually line up with a proper back 4 today.

Either:

Rafael Ferdinand Jones Evra

or

Valencia Ferdinand Jones Evra

I will be surprised if both Nani and Valencia start this game. They need some rest before the games vs Newcastle and City.

If Ferdinand and Jones are out, I'm expecting Carrick and Berbatov in defence.

They arent out.
Apparently Blackburn might have Olsson, Dunn and Hoilett out. Dann, Nelsen and Robinson are out too.

If that is the case, it should be easy...
:nervous:

I reckon Jones and Carrick will start in defense. No use risking Rio with much harder games to come. Which would leave us short a midfield. Gibbo might just start two games in a row, and Giggs 3.

------------------Amos
Keane--Carrick--~Evra-Fryers
Park----Gibson----Cole-Welbeck
--------------BerbOoney

Should get the job done.

Valencia and Nani will have a field day against their shitty fullbacks.

Going on the theory that Lindegaard plays when Rio doesn't then I'll go with:

Lindegaard
Valencia Carrick Jones Evra
Nani Gibson Giggs Park
Rooney Berbatov

------------------Amos
Keane--Carrick--~Evra-Fryers
Park----Gibson----Cole-Welbeck
--------------BerbOoney

Should get the job done.

I wouldn't even put that out in the Carling Cup's first round.

Why would Cole and Keane play when they've never had games before? Rather play Berbatov at the back if that's the case.

I want Lindegaard to stay in goal, he's racked up a pair of clean sheets, shouldn't disrupt his run now.

Surprised at how so few have Park in their side. His goal aside I thought he was brilliant against Wigan.

Can't wait for the line-up, this is my first round of fantasy football all season.

people talk about our injury crisis - but Blackburn is actually worse off. 7 or 8 players are 100% out of this match and additional 2-3 are 50/50

No fecking about with fake "confirmed" line ups this time.

I'm looking at you Maciek!

No central midfielders playing in CM.
