Old Trafford, Manchester
Sunday 22nd May 2011
KO - 16:00 BST

VidaRed you better be ready to create the UCL final thread at the end of this game.

Should be pointed it out this is between the two FA Youth Cup Final legs, so they're won't be any youngsters playing.

Lindegaard

Brown/Rafael-----Smalling-----Evans-----Fabio/O'Shea

Bebe-----Fletcher-----Gibson-----Obertan

Berbatov-----Owen

Van Der Sar's last ever game at Old Trafford, he's bound to play. Most likely Scholes and Wes too.

VDS (c)
Rafael Brown Smalling Evans
Gibson Fletcher Scholes
Bebe Owen Obertan

Van der Sar need to start.

I can't see him playing Barcelona in the final after three weeks of rest.

Norwood, Brady, Petrucci, James, King.. who else?
dont see the reserve defenders starting..

actually, dont see any reserve player starting
Might be Scholes' last game at OT, Fletch needs games, Gibson could do with another
Owen berba need games
Obertan, Bebe will be on the wings ahead of anyone from the reserve team

It'll probably be
---------Koosh------
Rafael-Brown-smalling-Evans
fletch-gibson-scholes-Obertan
------berba----------
---------owen-----------

Oshea might get in there somewhere

There's plenty of youngsters at the club too old for the FA Youth Cup. Probably be the Carling Cup side from earlier this season. Plus Berbatov.

I was suggesting more the usual names that will crop up; Morrison, Pogba, Tunnicliffe. But there's also a Reserve semi-final 2 days before this too.

Lindegaard

Rafael
Brown
Smalling
Evans

Obertan
Gibson
Anderson
Nani

Owen
Berbatov

Petrucci, Pogba, Morrison, Tunnicliffe & co on the bench

Nani Fletcher Gibson Obertan
Owen Berbatov

Kuszczak; Gill, O'Shea; Anderson, Scholes; Bebe, King

I don't think that can be considered a weak side despite the luxury of resting van der Sar, Fabio, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Valencia, Carrick, Giggs, Park, Rooney, and Hernandez. It'll give Blackpool a game, that's for sure. We won't be rolling over and every player in that starting 11 has something to prove in regards to if they're good enough to be here next season - with the exception of Smalling, Nani, and Rafael. Along with Fletcher, but he needs to prove fitness if he wants to make the bench in the CL Final. Kuszczak might start to prove his worth after his shocking display at Blackburn, but I'd like to see Amos (or Lindegaard if he's fit). I also wouldn't mind if Nani is rested with Bebe starting, and someone else getting on the bench.

I want Blackpool to stay up, quite badly to be honest. But, I want us to set a new record of 15 consecutive Home League wins more.

Bench: Kus, Evans, Rafael, Morrison, Scholes, Anderson, Owen.

Berba wants that Golden Boot though.

I'd like to see Owen score before the season is over. Hope Fergie starts him with Berbs.

van der Sar should start and be substituted so he can get his standing ovation, I hope that happens anyway.

Owen Berbatov

Kuzczsak for Van Der Sar, Park for Fletcher, Hargreaves for Gibson

Fabio will start in the final, IMO. If that's the case, then I expect to see O'Shea. Agree with the rest of the team. Scholes will start. If Nani isn't going to start in the final, he should start as well. He has to regain his form prior to the injury in March.

going to be a reserve side, hopefully still have enough to beat blackpool.

The performance will be affected if the team we put out hasnt played together too much over the season.

If Blackpool put in good performance like they did last night, there will be goals for them.
If the Blackpool of midseason turn up, even our youth team would destroy them

VDS has to play. Last home prem game for us, wont have much to do.
