Off the ball when our defenders have the ball in our defensive third the starting positions of both Young and Valencia are infield.

That's not fair, they're not playing that badly.
That's because we're not playing so much whined about 4-4-2, both Valencia and Young are pretty much infield.
We desperately need a midfielder, just Mata doesn't fix everything.

Evra is such a passive defender, there's never a real effort to stop the crosses coming in. Just standing off, and standing off some more after that.
