Manchester United vs Chelsea - Sunday, 5 August 2007 (1500 BST)

how the feck does Ronnie get up after all those fecken leg breaking tackles?

Our players looked as if they lost interest in the match after Giggs scored.

Can hardly blame them for not trying as hard. This match really doesn't mean anything, and it's better to save the serious play for the start next week.

I'm sure every player is thinking, 'I don't need to get injured during an exhibition match just prior to the start of the season'.

We'll find out how much the team has improved next week.

Chelsea were clearly timewasting, with the score at 1-1, in the Charity Shield

Just about sums them up really

Well over the course of the game we showed more going forward, even without scholesy. Having said that they are missing dogbreath...

Chelsea today hit the level of Porto 2004. How is a team like Chelsea allowed on the pitch?

Well, I'm happy with the performance. That and the Inter game will help get us into gear ahead of next Sunday's match.

lampard has been very shit today, i think that injury is clearly hampering him!

The fat prick commentating on SSN is saying Chelski have done very considering they have injuries whilst Utd have a full strength squad.

It seems Utd dont have injuries anymore.

fcuk what they think

I've seen enough of my team today to be confident about this season ... no doubt we'll go out on penos now.

and unfortunately our issue with giving up goals late in halfs and at end of games.

chelsea created 2 chances and scored from 1 of them. now we are clear underdogs in the pen shootout

Mikel is a vile little cnut isn't he? So glad we didn't get him (well did then didn't)

Ashley Cole MoM?

Eh, don't worry...

Look at all the trash talk from the pundits last season. If it helps to motivate our side, let them slag-away all they want.

We've clearly been the better team.

As a side note, it amazes me the amount of dirty characters chelsea have at the moment.

Ben Haim
Drogba
Mikel
Ashley Cole
Joe Cole

The list goes on. All incredibly dirty players, and a personality not even a mother could love.
