Ramires is definitely better than ando atm. That itself is reason enough. He's totally different sort of player to Clev obviously so its tough to compare the 2 but a Carrick-Ramires CM pairing would be much more sound defensively and allow Rooney more freedom.
Oscar for me is a fantastic talent. we dont need a player in the position but i wouldnt turn him down given the chance.

I would take Oscar, Mata and Ramires. I won't take Hazard as I think he is a twat and would feck off to Spain, if and when he becomes a top player.

He's no world beater but he wont need to be one to be here. We have 1 top quality CM and 2 young ones learning their trade. Him being better than Ando specially shouldnt even be debatable. Clev and him are different sort of players and could play depending on the opposition.
Rooney and Hernandez is what everyone expected really. No RvP? So he's off too in the summer. We'll be down to Hernandez and Welbeck
