The centre backs, Hernandez and Carrick have been good. A few dodgy performances elsewhere though.

You deserve to start every game out on the wings (especialy considering our other wingers playing well below their best)

Some terrible passing going on today, a better team would have punished us.

Webb has made more interceptions for Chelsea than anyone wearing blue.
 
Decent half. The perfect start, just what we needed. Carrick, Evans and Rio have been fantastic. Kagawa looks good again. Hernandez looks lively and got his customary goal.

We look like we can score every time we attack. Need to cut out the sloppy passes though. Get the 3rd early and kill this game off please.

Disappointing Nani went off injured.
 
Nani injury really ruined that half for me. Let's hope it's nothing more than 2 weeks. Really frustrating how he gets into some good form and gets injured :(
 
Possession wise we have been horrible since like the 15th minute. So many giveaways which have resulted in so many breaks. I have no idea how they havent scored. Rio has been brilliant but there is only so much he can do by himself. I like the fact that we are trying to pass and play possession football but we need to look after the ball better.

The only reason they will get back in the game is if we still give the ball away to much and to easily which we do at times. Keano will probably have a dig at that!
 
Good first half, although we really took the foot off the pedal for the last half an hour (:D) or so. Carrick is fecking sexy. Really seems more like Scholes for every game, just without the rash sliding "tackles".

On a different note: how selfish is Ba? Or "Baaaaaah" as the commentators seem to call him. There has been at least two incidents where Chelsea possibly could've set up a decent opportunity, but he decided to take a pointless shot.
 
Up the passing standard in the second half and we should be comfortable.
 
And I think this is the first time I actually guessed the entire starting 11 correctly.

Genuinely think that was purely cause he was trying to keep it on his right and it just fell his way. Pretty funny though.

Was a great start, first goal was excellent, reminded me of Fletch against them a few seasons ago, though guess that's still debatable whether he meant it or not.

But been disappointing since then. Same old, same old really, can clearly carve them apart when we want but we just don't seem capable of maintaining our intensity for prolonged periods. Everyone bar maybe Rio became guilty of carelessly giving the ball away, clev probably the most guilty.

Hopefully though we'll come out with more concentration for the second, would be nice to smash them and I really think we could if we just keep focussed more.
 
Game is going fairly well for us on the scoreboard. But since coming out of the blocks so strongly we have dropped down a lot and Chelsea are looking like they are able to pull their way back into the game.

We keep giving away cheap possession and Chelsea can counter in numbers. We have been lucky that they keep making the wrong choices and messing it up, but if we keep giving them those chances I'd expect us to concede sooner or later.
 
Good so far. Lets hope Nani's a niggle. Would be shit if he gets injured for a month again.
 
Chelsea are so shit that Valencia dribbled past three players, even tough he didn't want it.

Hopefully he just felt it tighten and went of as a precaution. Though giving it up just before half time doesn't point to that :(

Hope he isn't out for long as he has looked good so far in this match.
