No wonder we're tryin palm Dave off to Madrid.

Looking forward to Bastian fecking Schweinstiger and Januzaj in the second half.

All three of the new signings have impressed. Now for the big one to come on. Bastian fecking Schweinsteiger!

Might take Memphis a bit to get used to the space he needs as a 10, but once he gets the ball, he is class, without a doubt.

It's not just me thinking it's weird that an American commentator pronounces it John Stone?

Crap first half of football. The formation probably doesn't help much, neither does Blind at CB. First 45 of the season though, so was to be expected.

Do you when you never realised how much you missed something until you see it again?

Darmian.

Darmian has been caught out a couple of times position wise, but has generally been able to make up for it. Overall I'm fairly happy with what our new signings have done.

Darmian was good. Schneiderlin was good. Memphis is a man of moments but he shows a lot of talent with those passes. Happy with the transfer players so far (for whatever that is worth)

Rooney is becoming a false nine in the literal sense.

Bitebite

Nice half, all signings looking good so far. Mata's first touch was also great to see again!

Schneiderlin our best player/Rooney our worst. Really impressed with Darmian as well.

Memphis seems a bit nervous. Schneiderlin and darmian with great starts.

Bring on Bastian fecking Schweinsteiger

Yea it's been fecking annoying.

As for the half, great half from Darmian and Schneiderlin imo, doing their things very well.

Looking forward to seeing Herrera, Perriera, Janzuaj and Wilson.

Oh... and Bastian fecking Schweinsteiger.

Schneiderlin, Darmian, Johnstone and Memphis really stood out in that half, which perhaps shouldn't be surprising. Very promising!

Decent showing. Shades of the incoherence in the forward line from last season.

Carrick has been wank, he's supposed to take charge of distribution!

decent game so far, schneiderlin and darmian have been solid, goal for the former is a bonus.

need better decision making in attack though. don't want a continuation on end of last season's form.
