We have been borderline awful, pretty sure Morrison or even pogba couldn't have done any worse than this. Hope he brings on either of them early on in the second half to at least provide some excitement.

Yeah but Gibson is on his last year right? So don't see how we'd get anything significant for him even if someone came in for him in jan. The thing is with him I can understand why we're playing him as we're low on midfield options and we know he's alright if we can get him fit. I just don't get Diouf. He's clearly not good enough for united and we're surely not going to put up his price tag any higher then it was after his loan at Blackburn, if anything I reckon it must be going down.
I'm not even surprised at the performance tbh. We've seen this a fair few times now where we bring in too many rusty players, particularly those returning from injury. There's just not enough sharpness and as there's no real youth players either you don't even have that enthusiasm they bring.
