Barclays Premiership
23 December 2007
Old Trafford
KO: 12.00 GMT

We have to remember, we have Sunderland away 3 days after. The Keano-factor...

I'd rest Hargreaves, Anderson, Tevez and Giggs.

VDS
Brown
Ferdinand
Vidic
Evra
Ronaldo
Fletcher
Carrick
Nani
Rooney
Saha

Park anyone?

This will be very tough, I say we stick with the same team as today, lets twat the blue side of Merseyside.

Team should be

GK: VDS

RB: Brown
CB: Ferdinand
CB: Vidic
LB: Evra

RM: Ronaldo
CM: Hargreves
CM: Anderson
LM: Nani

CF: Tevez
CF: Rooney

I see no reason why anyone other than Giggsy should be rested and that's only because with a tough away game in the midweek both games might be a little too much for him.

I know Everton are in good form but I aint worried about this one, easy utd win 3-0 Ronaldo x2 and Tevez with the goals

was waiting for this thread.

i reckon 3-0

rooneyx2,tevez

Beating scousers twice in the space of a week would make my Christmas. 2-0 Rooney, Tevez.

Field the same squad as today, but include Nani for 45 minutes I'd say. I wouldn't tamper with the backfield because Yakubu has found his form. Also I would keep the Anderson/Hargreaves partnership in the midfield because the more games they get, the more fruitful their rewards, and no one can question their success thus far...

Same team against Liverpool, if we have the game in the bag by whenever, give Nani a run.

And yeah Cahil, Arteta and Yakubu are on form.

I think Hargreaves should play here, they have very good attacking midfielders in Arteta and Cahill.

Same team as against Liverpool, with the exception of Nani coming in for Giggs. Nani hasn´t started a league game for a while now.

I'd play Giggs, and let Nani start against Sunderland.

Play our strongest team. Everton will be a big test, the best team outside the big 4 imo.

...............VDS.............
....Brown Rio Vidic Evra....
.........Hargreaves.........
Ronaldo Anderson Giggs
.........Tevez...Rooney....

Kuszczak, O'Shea, Nani, Carrick, Saha.

We should play our best 11 and try to kill the game off asap, then rest players in the second half if possible.

Yakubu and Cahill have both been on excellent form, will be a handful for rio and vidic. Keep them and Arteta quiet, we should be OK.

1-0 will do nicely, this is a tough fixture, especially with Everton playing so well atm

Same team as Liverpool with maybe Nani to come in for Giggs. Will be a tough game as they playing some good football at the moment. Think its unbeaten in the last twelve for Everton with 10 wins and 2 draws.

Still, fancy our chances.

Agreed, no question. Everton will be a test, even at Old Trafford.
Play the best eleven, top concentration and we should come out on top.

Wasn't Park supposed to be fit for this match or something? I heard rumours that he'd be involved. Maybe not.

Hopefully SAF has had a word with VDS and told him to settle down, otherwise possibly stick PIG in, VDS looked ridiculously wobbly on Sunday and could have cost us and this is by no means an easy game.

I'm gonna go with 2-0, Ronaldo, Rooney :)

VDS

Wes
Rio
Vida
Evra

Ronnie
Hargreaves
Anderson
Nani

Rooney
Tevez

Subs: PIG, Oshea, Carrick, Giggs, Saha

Utd 3 - 0 Everton, Rooney, Ronaldo and Tevez with the goals.

this will be a tougher match than the previous one....

Since that one was on the road and this one is at home, I don't care who Everton have back, it's not like they were missing Messi or Kaka, United can take anyone down at Old Trafford and Everton are nothing special
