HT. Our young team has done well. If we can counter attack with purpose in the second half we can win this. Just need to be a bit more careful with our defending and passing back to Foster.

Decent half of football... unfortunate about the cards. We'll see Giggs on in the second half to try and work something
This is great to watch so far. Anderson's been solid, Fabio's looked years ahead of himself, Macheda and Welbeck have linked up well and the defence has looked impenetrable. Can't wait for the second half.

I love it when the youngters play. Sure they make mistakes...but their energy and determination is so great to see.. Loving this..don't even care about the result.

Hes certainly been better Anderson today.
Macheda has been a bit hit and miss but looks dangerous. Same for Tevez.
Welbeck and Park havent had great games, think I'd like to see Nani on the left soon.
Fabio has looked very good. Rio and Vidic in control at the back. Rafael has been under a bit of pressure but coped well and got forwards well.
Not bad, Rio and Vidic have been rock solid yet again. I think Welbeck was chosen ahead of Nani because of his understanding with Macheda, those two always seem to be up to something. Tevez is working hard but as the only senior attacker on the pitch needs to step it up in the final third.
I'd like to see Scholes come on for Wellbeck. Apart from that doing OK for kids!

Not bad from us. Welbeck needs to find his boots. His final ball/shot is all over the place. He's had chances
We need Park and Tevez to step up, they are nowhere near their best at this point. Good stuff otherwise, very encouraging performance, especially regarding our defence. Fabio looks like a real class act.
Welbeck is not a left footer so don't understand why he doesn't cut back to his right foot more often.

I'm very impressed with the play between Welbeck and Macheda. Overall a good showing from the kids. A little more composure in the final third and we can win this.
An encouraging display by the young guns. Macheda has been good and is showing signs that hes here to stay... Welbeck on the other hand seems to be doing okay but his pace is a let down...
We need to stop giving the ball away so easily, but the kids have done pretty well. Would like to see a bit more from Park though.

very good from our lads - really exicting to see macheda and welbeck link up so well - only possible change depending on the game for second half would be neville for rafael as game goes on - can see the kid getting booked again possibly

Gibson is doing a fletcher at the moment, he is the reason Rio and Vida have not had to do too much. If Scholes comes on its definitely for Anderson.

I think Tevez has been doing well -- causing confusion and creating chances as he is dragging the Everton defense around.
