everton were crap the whole game. we bossed it from about the 15 minute point.

if they did this against our first team then i would agree.

i suppose we deserved this as we have won some when we havent played all that well.

Im upset at berbatov who did shite when he came on and shite when called on to take the first penalty. oh chelsea will twat them 3-0

well...always thought Everton would have a chance. Fair play to them...I hope they beat chelsea. Just two things. Berba...no...sincerely not worth the money. Not because of the penalty...just because he ain't ever been a cantona or Ruud. They both in their first season took the bull by the horns. Also, as much as I love him, Tevez is worth perhaps 10 million..not 30....

Hey this is an old united fan....so I've seen many come through and many disappear..
 
Mike Reilly didn't have a great game but Everton were better in the shoot out -- Berba's 'attempt" was terrible -- Fergie took a heck of a chance and it almost paid off -- now I want Rooney, Ronaldo and Giggs back and us to win the League and I will be supporting Everton over Chelsea in the Cup Final!

I thought it was pretty even myself. Both teams had chances, arguably they had one really sweet chance but so did Welbeck a few times. I'd like to see them go on and beat Chelsea but that's really unlikely.

Look on the bright side, there are at least two positives. 1.) Our defense is back. And 2.) If we reach it, the CL Final will truly be our last fixture of the season, won't have to keep an eye on another massive final three days later.

based on todays performance chelsea wont have much to worry about.

We went out last year against Pompey with dubious peno decision, it didn't turn out bad did it?

Positives - we were solid in defence and kept possession.

I'd like to lose a FA SF on penos rather than CL one.

im not taking anything away from our performance we were brilliant. The kids took it to a top 5 or 6 club and really deserved to win it during regulation. My point is that everton played as if they were against our first team. They played almost for penalties. Yes they had there moments but there only chances came from fosters stupidity.

There was nothing heroic in what everton did today. Of course we all want them to beat chelsea but that will never happen

Who's the twat?

Rio is a defender, who had also put a lot of effort into the game and played the full 120 minutes.

Berbatov is a £37 million striker ffs.

If Berbatov had lost us the game for failing to defend well, I think people would make allowances as it isn't his position.

He's lazy.

And you can stop being so bloody rude, especially when you're talking crap.
