Mentioning that the game is over and we're just waiting for formalities isn't an exciting way to sell the match so naturally they'll remind everyone that the game isn't over until it's over, reminding us what could happen in a short space of time. It's overdone but it happens. It happened in our favor many times after 1999.
We do tend to sit back when we're in front. But I wouldn't call our defence poor at the moment, but they might have a bit too much work to do. As you say, Madrid would probably enjoy that.

Okay? And so the players on the bench aren't capable of playing well and not losing us games? We're 2-0 up, personally I don't see why we couldn't of brought Hernandez or Welbeck on for Persie and possibly Anderson for Cleverley. Both of them have worked their ass off and been really good, and sure, they're obviously capable of being fine to play two games in 3-4 days, but that doesn't mean we cant give them a little bit of a rest here.
