Manchester United vs. Everton

Pretty good so far.

Fellaini continues to improve game by game, as he was always going to do. He isn't amazing but he's always been better than his first few games for us suggested.

Need a win here though, gonna be tense.

Rooney and Fellaini great. Kagawa good.

Welbeck, Valencia need to be dropped
How's Rooney been great exactly? He's not done that much of note despite missing a tap in.

We've been okay. Our usual scrappy selves these days. Usually we'd be on the front foot pinning Everton back instead it's bits and pieces of good play on the counter.

Lukaku is an effing beast. Not often that Vidic gets outmuscled.

Janujaz for Welbeck at half time, please don't delay it 10-15 minutes, get it done.

We've had them pinned back for the last 30 minutes. They got a few attacks on the break but we;ve had the lion share of possession and territory.

If we actually had wingers capable of beating their man we could be up here. Valencia has been utterly dreadful, he hasn't beaten Oviedo once.

Arsenal, City, Chelsea, Liverpool all leading, we must win this game.

On a positive note, Fellaini is doing well and Rafael back makes a big difference.

So much foreplay, but we just can't penetrate and score. Frustrating despite the energy we've shown so far. If we can keep up the tempo we will surely find a way.

Our defending worries me though. We've done far too much desperate chasing back towards goal.

Fellani has done decent today, can't blame him that half

Nah, he's been quality really. I'm not even his biggest fan but he's stepped up today. Done well on the ball and constantly pressuring them, can't complain about him at all today.

Rafael back shows how big of a player he is for us, massive difference.

Better team IMO with most of their threat coming on the counter attack. I'm itching to see this Everton side without Lukaku in, he might not of been brilliant today but he's constantly threatening. Gonna be a big change when he returns to Chelsea.

I don't see how you can possibly say that but then again it's Valencia and you're a member of the Caf so...

He has though, what has he contributed? I think he made one half decent cross?

Defensively good though, worlds best Defensive Winger!

Come off it. Tap in??

He was great. Touch, heading, passing all absolutely spot on.

Don't deserve to be ahead? Er... We're winning?

Welbeck is useless. He offers absolutely nothing on this kind of form, or usually on the wing. Bring on nani or januzaj for him at half time. Everything else has been okay, or as good as you can hope really. Fellaini has been good that half. Rafael a breath of fresh air, and kagawa very good.

We have been pretty decent. Fellaini hasn't been 'good', but he isn't having a bad game either.

We seem to lack build up and understanding, it's as if we have bought a lot of these players in the summer..

Yeah he was very good defensively, looks more positive going forward and combines well with Rafa as usual. He inevitably had some crosses blocked but he;ll have that in his game until time immemorial.

Been the better team and should've been atleast a goal up. Very unlucky not to get that goal.

Smalling and Fellaini our best players IMO. Kagawa has been good but he really hesitates from shooting.

What have we actually created in that first half? As one of the biggest clubs in the land playing at home, all we've created that great chance right at the end from Kagawa for welbeck/Rooney. The Rooney shot was a lucky one with the deflection anyway.

I'd bring Januzaj on. We're really lacking class and quality without rvp.

Kagawa one decent ball but still gets muscled off the ball far to easily, welbeck (usual), Giggs invisible until he tries to give them a goal. All predictable prior to kick off.

We are at home and look average at best.

I have no doubt come the last 10mins we will be hanging on for whatever
It is we've got....

Rooney IMO has been the best player on the pitch. Especially since he gets little to no support in attack. He missed a tap in, but two players missed the ball in front of him, he couldn't see it.

Need to take off welbeck for young Adnan, and bring Hernandez on for Giggs. Get Kagawa deeper. We need to step it up big time.

I don't particularly give a feck about the defensive aspect though, he's a winger and we're at home. I want him to create something, he created nothing, ergo, I don't think he played well at all.

Average first half - we dont deserve to be ahead.

Worst widemen going in Valencia and Welbeck.

We drop points again is just too much to catch up.
Neither do they

stop lying to yourself, valencia is doing fine.

We might win though

Oviedo winning his battle with Valencia, Januzaj would be a good addition because United are dangerous when they get into that final third but Everton are having no problems doing the same - I'd say they've had the easier time of it in terms of attacking, just lacking the final ball...Barkley connects a few better passes and it'd already be a heavy scoreline...Lukalu is giving Vidic a workout, wait until his game finally matures...wow

Giggs, Rooney & Raphael have all been instrumental...Barry has been impressive

Valencia hasn't been good, I agree with Cina here. Absolutely nothing from him going forward. Same about Welbeck (except that run after which he went down). Hopefully we'll see Nani and Januzaj soon.
