Januzaj actually making runs. Something not enough players have done this season.

For all the shitting on Fellaini's performance, he did set up the goal playing in an advanced position.

So by that logic we shouldn't have judged Felliani all season because he has played deeper for us than he did at Everton...
He's most effective as a player higher up the pitch. Not for us though, unless you want us to play like West Ham or Stoke. As a deeper player he isn't mobile enough. Just not a good fit at United pretty much.

Which is why he would be better suited to West Bam or Stoke. A team playing direct, route one football he would do really well for I'd imagine.

Except Fellaini said that the deeper position is his favourite role. Everyone knows Kagawa isn't a central midfielder.
Hmm, I think that might be down to Moyes telling him he's going to play deeper, he never looks comfortable there.

Incorrect. Fellaini is used to both positions and is comfortable at either. Kagawa is a number 10 or wide attacker

That's a good point. I suppose they might be trying to work on a positional change for Kagawa at cm, I think he would do well there in a 3 man midfield.

Agree with that. His style just doesn't suit us. Makes it hard to like Felliani as a United player.

It's pointless playing Fellaini in this position if we're not playing to his strengths. At the moment it's like his only purpose is to distract the defenders whilst the real players try to do something.

This is dead. Giggs should just come on now to liven things up.

Kagawa with a attempted direct forward pass. More please

Fair enough. He's had a bad season all in all, but I'd keep him another year to see what he can do as a squad player. He is an asset at set pieces and might become as a midfielder still. I'd give the next manager his chance at a shot at solving the issue at fitting him into the team.
Shame about the steep price we got him for. He's always gonna get judged differently because of it. Remember him talking about stepping into the boots of Keane and the other great midfielders in United's history. God what a trainwreck that whole transfer was..

Januzaj has realised Hull are there for the taking as they seem to give 0 shits

Has Giggs announced his retirement or something?
