As others have said, the deadline has passed for 5 bookings = a suspension, it was the end of December. If it hadn't have passed, he would miss the Arsenal game, not City.

Neither - 5 yellows for suspension ended Dec 31st. If you collect 10 by march though you still get 2 game suspension.
